Our standard aluminum cooling cold plate is a high-performance thermal management component designed to efficiently dissipate heat from heat-generating electronic devices. Made of high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, this cold plate features a flat structure with integrated internal channels that circulate coolant (water or water-glycol mixture) to transfer heat rapidly and uniformly.
