This customized high-power aluminum cooling cold plate is specially developed for high-heat-flux scenarios such as electric vehicles (EVs) and industrial high-power equipment. The cold plate is manufactured through precision CNC machining and vacuum brazing technology, ensuring tight sealing and efficient heat transfer, which can stably control the temperature of high-power components (such as EV batteries, IGBT modules) within the safe operating range

  • Precision Manufacturing: Adopts CNC machining and vacuum brazing technology, with high dimensional accuracy (tolerance ±1%) and tight sealing, no leakage, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh environments
  • Wide Temperature Adaptability: Can work stably in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, suitable for extreme working environments such as automotive and industrial fields
